Hunter and Gatherer Collections will provide a refund, repair or replacement where an item is faulty, or does not work as advertised or reasonably intended.
Refunds will not be granted where a customer:
- Has changed their mind, found it cheaper somewhere else, decided they did not like the purchase or had no use for it
- Misused a product in any way that caused the problem
- Knew of or were made aware of the faults before they bought the product
- Asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business or were unclear about what they wanted.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, plants and flowers cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (such as earrings), gift cards, and some health and personal care items.
Refunds will not be issued for any general wear and tear on an item subject to reasonable and intended use.
Refunds (if applicable)
Agreed refunds will be paid in accordance with the payment method shown on the proof of purchase. For example, purchases made by credit card would be refunded to a credit card.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
